Neighborhood Trash Containers
Save the date! September 16-18
We will have 4 large garbage dumpsters located around the neighborhood. This is your opportunity to get rid of some unwanted items you may have been storing. This service is strictly for the residents of Shadow Ridge. THE DUMPSTERS WILL BE REMOVED ON THE MORNING OF SEPTEMBER 18!
The dumpsters will be located in the cul-du-sac of Hikers Cove and at the upper intersection of Shadow Falls Drive and Breezy Circle.
Please make sure your discarded items get into the dumpsters. Do not leave items outside of the dumpsters.
Please note the following items CANNOT BE ACCEPTED:
NO Hazardous waste, industrial waste, chemical products, oil filters, herbicides & pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil/lubricating/hydraulic oil/oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, appliances, petroleum contaminated soil, lead paint chips, tires,ncomputers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, asbestos, animals, barrels, all liquids, flammable, toxic, and/or hazardous material, thinners, lacquers, batteries, infectious waste, contaminated soils, fuels, car batteries, food wastes, adhesives or industrial drums, or "Special" waste, as defined by applicable Local, State and Federal laws or regulations.
We cannot accept refrigerators, freezer units, and air conditioners.
POA Fees Are Due
POA FEE ARE DUE! Avoid late fees by paying your dues now. Our annual fee is $75.00. You can pay via PayPal @Shadow Ridge POA or send your fees to: Shadow Ridge POA PO Box 1174 Conway, AR 72033. Make sure your payment is postmarked by October 1 to avoid any late fees.
LATE FEES WILL BE ADDED AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2025.

Street Lights
The Shadow Ridge POA pays to keep our street lights on. If you notice a street light close to you goes out, you can call or go on the Entergy website to report the issue. They say it takes a month so if you see if flickering it’s time to report it. They try hard to do it fast.
